Andrew Jones, best known online for his blog TallSkinnyKiwi, participated in the missional synchroblog a while back. Now, Next-Wave Ezine picked up his post and ran it as a cover story. It's a solid article. I especially appreciated his evaluation of how the term "missional" has been hijacked and misused for other, non-missional thought and activity.
